I don't even like to think "six more weeks of summer". I wish it were 16. Hubby just cut us a huge load this weekend and is now covered in poison ivy. I dreamt last night I had it too....
We heat 2 houses and our water with our wood. It takes a ton. But I would be LOST without our wood stove!
Sometimes....okay, all the time, I wish I had a wood cookstove. For winter baking, of course. Maybe I'd look forward to winter more.
By the way, I just saw Sonny With A Chance for the first time on Sunday (with Sterling Knight) and immediately thought of you. I have to say, he IS pretty cute.

ReplyDeleteYou can only hope. You deserve nice weather up there after the hard winters you guys have there.
ReplyDeleteAnd what comes after summer in Alaska? Winter? Or is there chance of fall?
ReplyDeleteThis summer is passing by way too quickly.
Oh no! It's like the Groundhog day of Alaska, but with fall... and flowers.
